Video Information Processing Policy

Lavarwave Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) installs and operates video information processing devices in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act for the following purposes:

1. Purpose of CCTV Installation

• Protection of the safety and security of customers and employees
• Crime prevention, detection, and investigation

2. CCTV Installation Details

• Total number of CCTV cameras: 32
• Installation locations and coverage: Elevators, rooftops, yards, stairways, individual offices, parking lots, and building perimeters in Yongin and Gangnam offices

3. Personnel Responsible for CCTV Management and Access

• Responsible department: Security Officer, Information Security Office
• Access to recorded footage is restricted to authorized administrators and security personnel only

4. Recording and Retention of Video Information

• Recording time: 24 hours per day
• Retention period and storage: 30 days per camera

However, where necessary for criminal investigations, the retention period may be extended for the minimum reasonable period required.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects may request access, confirmation of existence, or deletion of their personal video information at any time by contacting the person in charge of video information processing devices. To exercise the rights of a data subject, please send an email to the Company’s official email address at obd_shoya@lavarwave.co.kr. The Company will take necessary measures without delay upon receiving such requests.

However, requests may be restricted where clearly necessary to urgently protect the life, body, or property of the data subject.

The Company maintains various technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect personal video information, including:

• Access control to restricted areas
• Locking systems
• Controlled access to recorded video data

9. Amendments

This CCTV Operation Policy was revised on December 5, 2024. In the event of additions, deletions, or modifications due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the Company will provide prior notice of the reasons and details on its official website at least 7 days before implementation.
