1. Payment Information

• Paid services are provided after payment has been completed.
• Service fees may vary depending on the type of case, level of difficulty, urgency, and selected options. To ensure accurate pricing, payment will proceed after a prior consultation.
• Payment Methods: Credit card, easy payment services, bank transfer (Some methods may be restricted depending on the service type and payment gateway policies.)

2. Basic Refund Principles

• If a contract is canceled before service commencement, a full refund will be issued unless otherwise restricted by applicable laws.
• If the service has already commenced, a refund may be issued after deducting reasonable costs based on the actual work performed, scope of services, and incurred expenses.
• Service commencement includes, but is not limited to, assignment of personnel, development of a response plan, and initiation of monitoring or related operational work.

3. Refund Standards After Service Commencement

If a refund is requested after service commencement, settlement will be based on actual work performed. The following standards represent the maximum deduction rates that may apply:

• Within 1 hour after commencement: No deduction
• Within 6 hours after commencement: Up to 30% deduction
• Within 12 hours after commencement: Up to 60% deduction
• Within 18 hours after commencement: Up to 80% deduction
• Before completion or within 24 hours after commencement: Up to 90% deduction

4. Company's Responsibility

If the Company fails to substantially fulfill its contractual obligations due to reasons attributable to the Company, the user may request a full refund.
